  We switched from Verizon to Sprint and then back to Verizon within 2 weeks. Way too many dropped calls and customer service was not totally honest about Sprints calling plans. They left out the part that states it's only for a limited time then their plan goes back to normal rates. So really, there's no deal. On the brighter side, the manager at the Princeton location was the best. However I'm never switching again! Lesson learned.

  I loved the Store Manager Brad Wilson and his Reps. They all helped me with my phone needs, great customer service. If you ever have any Issues, ask for Brad. He is a great guy to do business with. I walked in with phone and billing issues and left with a new phone, lower bill and a best friend. Thank you Brad.

  Worst service ever. The employees will lie about anything to get you to leave with a phone. I have been back and forth with this store several times. They sold me two phones that were supposed to be bogo. They did the paperwork incorrectly and charged me $700 for the "free" phone. My lease was up on my phone and I turned it in. I also wanted to add a line. Well they renewed my lease on the phone I turned in instead of cancelling it. So then they charged me an extra $600 for terminating a lease early. I have met with the manager and talked to corporate to only get the run around. Do NOT do business with them.
